Stall Registration Notice

Te Nehenehenui Incorporated (TNI)

 

Thank you for your interest in holding a stall at the Tainui Waka Kapa Haka Festival 2012.   

Please read the information below. The Stallholder Agreement Terms & Conditions Form is also online for your perusal.   

The TNI process for stall holders is as follows:

REGISTRATION OF INTEREST:   

  • Stall holder registers interest via email, phone, or post

  • TNI send out Registration of Interest (ROI) and Agreement  

  • Stall holder returns completed ROI form

 CONFIRMATION:    

  • TNI will shortlist stalls and allocate sites

  • TNI will confirm stall holder & allocate site via email, txt or post

 PAYMENT:

  • Payment for Stall to be made once stall site has been allocated as per Stallholder Agreement
